Reading All Your Praise, Complaints & Feedback
At Pimax, continuous improvement is driven by user feedback. Every comment, whether praise, criticism, or suggestion, plays a role in shaping our products, features, and services.

In this video, Calvin (Quorra), a long-time Pimax team member responsible for community engagement, shares how user feedback is collected, analyzed, and implemented across the company:

Reading All Your Praise, Complaints & Feedback

A Structured Approach to Feedback

Pimax actively engages with users across multiple platforms, including OpenMR, Discord, Reddit, QQ, and Facebook Groups. These channels allow us to maintain close communication with our global community.

All feedback is systematically recorded and categorized, including:
  • Customer support (Pimax Care, pre-sales, after-sales)
  • Logistics and delivery
  • Hardware and software performance
  • Tracking technologies such as SLAM
  • General feedback and suggestions

From Feedback to Features

Every week, community insights are presented directly to our product and engineering teams. This collaborative pipeline has already resulted in the integration of several high-demand features, including:
  • Performance Tools: GPU upscaling, sharpening, and native OpenXR/Quadviews.
  • Utility Features: Quick recenter, desktop view, and active windows.
  • Specialized Support: Eye-tracking OSC, chat support, and FOV cropping.

Transparency and Growth

While we strive for perfection, we acknowledge the challenges of rapid innovation. We have encountered hurdles with production timelines and software compatibility (such as current Linux limitations and console restrictions). However, these challenges only reinforce our commitment to improvement.

We value the "loud" voices in our community. Your honest, and often blunt, feedback is the catalyst that allows us to refine our technology and push the boundaries of what is possible in VR.
