Game Key Information
2.1 The Scenery Key is an official activation key, redeemable via the Orbx website (Orbx Direct).
2.2 The Scenery Key is not redeemable via Steam or any third-party platform.
2.3 A valid Orbx account is required to redeem and use the Scenery Key.
2.4 The Scenery Key can be redeemed for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 or Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, with platform selection made during redemption.
2.5 The Scenery Key has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or substituted for other products, services, or credits.
Key Delivery
3.1 The Scenery Key will be issued within fifteen (15) days following confirmed delivery of the qualifying headset.
3.2 Delivery confirmation is based on the carrier’s official tracking status.
3.3 The Scenery Key will be sent electronically to the email address associated with the qualifying headset order.
3.4 Pimax is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete email information provided by the purchaser.
Eligibility
4.1 This promotion applies only to qualifying Pimax headset purchases made during the official campaign period.
4.2 Each eligible headset purchase qualifies for one (1) Scenery Key.
4.3 The promotion is non-transferable and limited to end customers only.
Returns and Order Cancellation
5.1 If the qualifying headset order is cancelled or refunded prior to issuance of the Scenery Key, eligibility will be void.
5.2 If a refund is requested after the Scenery Key has been issued, Pimax reserves the right to deduct the value of the Scenery Key from the refund amount.
