    2.2 The Game Key is not a Steam key and cannot be redeemed, activated, or transferred through Steam.
    2.3 A valid IL-2 official website account is required to activate and use the Game Key.
    2.4 The Game Key has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or substituted for other products, services, or credit.
  3. Key Delivery
    3.1 The Game Key will be issued within fifteen (15) days following confirmed delivery of the qualifying headset.
    3.2 Delivery confirmation shall be determined based on the carrier’s official tracking status.
    3.3 The Game Key will be sent electronically to the email address associated with the qualifying headset order.
    3.4 Pimax is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete email information provided by the purchaser.
  4. Eligibility
    4.1 This promotion applies only to qualifying Pimax headset purchases made during the official campaign period.
    4.2 Each eligible headset purchase qualifies for one (1) Game Key.
    4.3 The promotion is non-transferable and limited to end customers only.
  5. Returns and Order Cancellation
    5.1 If the qualifying headset order is cancelled or refunded prior to the issuance of the Game Key, eligibility for the promotional Game Key shall be void.
    5.2 If a refund request is submitted after the Game Key has been issued, Pimax reserves the right to deduct the value of the Game Key from the refund amount, where applicable.

    6.1 Pimax reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.
